2025-2026 Goals

Cadet Impact Goals:

  1. Obtain an Average cadet PFT score or above 70 percentile at the spring PFT (estimated test date of 15th may 2026)
  2. The Cadet Corps will maintain a 3.25 GPA average for the year.
  3. Have 90% of the Cadet Corps participate in at least 1 LDR by the end of the 3rd marking period.(April 4, 2025)

School Impact Goals:

  1. Create at least 3 minutes worth of videos for recruiting by the end of the first semester (January 26) to be used in recruiting events and social media.
  2. The Cadet Corps will assist and support 5 Seneca High School-sponsored events during the year to raise awareness of the program throughout the school.
  3. Recruit 10 current students over the course of the school year to participate in JROTC this year or commit to next year and have a retention rate of current cadets of at least 90% for the 2026/2027 academic year by 15 may 2026.

 

Community Impact Goals:

  1. Have 90% of cadets perform at least 5 hours of community service per semester. 
  2. Host 5 community service events for emergency services and/or military organizations by 15 June 2026
  3. Host at least 40 community services events for the local community by 15 June 2026
